This season they have a lot of injuries to key players. Karim Benzema is still out with a knee injury and is also missing international duty with France. Lucas Vasquez was injured in a recent La Laiga fixture and might be out for a considerable time. David Alaba was substituted in the 70th minute in France's match. He was a big part of last season's heroic nights and the Ucl triumph.
