Red River Rivalry roundtable and score predictions
Texas beat West Virginia in the Red River Showdown. The team has matured since the first game. They are going to the Cotton Bowl on Saturday. They will play Oklahoma. There are some concerns about the defense. Gerald Goodridge is a Miami Dolphins fan. Nik Patel is worried about their defense playing full intensity. Daniel Seahorn is excited about this game and the game against Oklahoma on the other hand. He thinks WVU might be this year's get-right game for the Big 12. His team is going for a win. It's a good thing they are playing at the right time. Their defense has learned when and how to let folks dink and dunk you.

Cameron, Daniel and Gerald are unsure if Eweers should start or if Card should be the starter again. The team lost the last game against Alabama. Gerald would blame the offensive line and defensive line for that. Daniel would put the blame on the defensive coordinator. The other two would place the responsibility on Steve Sarkisian. They are not sure if Quinn should play. If Quinn plays, Hudson should take the reins. if he doesn't, then it's back to Card.
Oklahoma has lost two straight games. The team lost nearly 40 players to the portal and the NFL draft. They are playing for pride. If they lose to Texas, it will be a death knell for their conference title aspirations. They will come out energetic and fired up. Texas better be ready. It's a rivalry game. There are some questions about the team. Their coach is in his first year. He has a lot of young players. His team has some defensive issues. Cameron, Daniel and Gerald are predicting a win for Texas over Oklahoma. Gerald is rooting for a loss. The team that loses the game is considered to be out of the running for the national championship.
