Red Sox pitcher Matt Strahm is critical of Major League Baseball's new rule changes. He thinks the changes are unnecessary and unfair. Stahm also criticizes Rob Manfred for not doing more to crack down on cheating among pitchers. The league claims the new rules will speed up the game. However, Stuhm thinks it's more of a mandate from on high than a collaborative decision between players and the league. It's not surprising, as the commissioner has a track record of doing what he wants. "It’s not totally surprising. .. It's something that I don”t think was needed."
