Gianluca Vialli was an icon of Italy's EURO 2020 win. He was a member of the coaching staff under the stewardship of manager Roberto Mancini. Vialli was late for the team bus at the hotel before Italy beat Turkey 3-0. Italy won the group stages and reached the final against England. Vielli didn't realise that Italy had won for a few seconds after the penalty was saved by Gianluigi Donnarumma. The video shows him and Mancaio in tears on the touchline. It also shows his reaction to the shootout. They both were in floods of tears.

Gianluca Vialli was late for the Italian bus before the opener against Turkey. After winning that game, they purposely made sure that he was also late every other time for rest of the tournament.
