Royal Ascot 2022: Dramatised wins the Queen Mary Stakes
Eldar Eldarov won the Queen's Vase by a nose from Zechariah. Maria Branwell won at Sandown. Roger Varian's horse won over a mile at Nottingham in October and 1m2f at Newcastle last month. Betfair and Paddy Power cut Eldar's odds for the St Leger at Doncaster in September. Varian is elated. He had a similar style to the Derby winner Golden Horn. The horse didn't thrive in the spring. It's good to get the horse home in front with a lot of expectation. This is special for Vary and his connections. They're supporting the industry strongly.
