San Francisco Giants at New York Yankees free live stream: How to watch, time, channel, odds

The 2023 MLB season is officially underway, and the Bronx Bombers are looking to make a run at another World Series title.

Coming off an opening-day victory, the New York Yankees host the San Francisco Giants on Saturday at 4 p.m. The game airs on FOX, but if you don’t have cable, you can watch via a free trial on FuboTV, as well as Sling (half off first month) and DirecTV stream.

The Yankees send out Clarke Schmidt, who earned a rotation spot to open the year for the Pinstripes after injuries to Carlos Rodon and Luis Severino. New York hopes to get a similar start it got in its Opening Day victory, when reigning MVP Aaron Judge took the first pitch he saw for a home run, kickstarting the win.

San Francisco will attempt to earn its first win of the year, sending veteran pitcher Alex Cobb out to oppose Schmidt. The Giants are led offensively by Joc Pederson, Wilmer Flores and Brandon Crawford, who all possess decent pop.

The Yankees are currently 1.5-run favorites via DraftKings, with that line coming back at +150 and moneyline coming back at -140. San Francisco at +1.5 runs is -175, while the moneyline on the Giants is +120. The over/under is set for 8.5 runs.
