They were seconds away from claiming the First Division A title last year, but a 2-2 stalemate against new champions Antwerp on the final day kept them in the second place of the standings.
Wouter Vrancken’s men have had a much tougher set of rivals for their preseason exhibitions. They drew 1-1 to Sporting Lisbon last Wednesday before playing Premier League side Burnley on Saturday.
