Willie Mullins has won four of the last five races he had runners in. The bookies are hoping some of his short-priced runners are beaten on St Stephen's Day.

State Man is one of two French horses making their debut for Willie Mullins at Leopardstown. Hercule Du Seuil is the other one. Paul Townend has been in superb form since returning from injury.

Sir Gerhard makes his debut over hurdles in the second race on Leopardstown's card at 12.35pm. Champion Bumper winner at the Cheltenham Festival, Kilcruit, is last seen finishing third behind Kil cyrr at Punchestown. Goven was purchased by JP McManus for €175,000 after winning both his flat starts in France.

Ferny Hollow is the only horse to have beaten Bob Olinger. He is now the outright favourite for the Arkle Chase at Cheltenham. Ferny won his recent chase debut at Punchestown. Riviere D'etel looks his biggest danger in the Racing Post Novice Chase.

Fan De Blues is Mullins' only representative in the "Bet Through The Free Racing Post App" Handicap Chase. Fan De Blue beat Gin On Lime at Galway during the summer and finished second and 12 lengths behind the same rival at Tipperary in October.

Asterion Forlonge is running in the King George at Kempton at 3.05 pm. He unseated Bryan Cooper in a big race in John Durkan earlier this month. Minella Indo and Clan Des Obeaux are the other horses he will face. Asterion will also have to beat Chantry House.

Facile Vega is the daughter of the yard's legendary mare Quevega and a half-brother to 2m hurdle winner Princess Vega out of Walk In The Park. Facile is already among the market leaders for next year's Champion Bumper at Cheltenham despite never running before.
