Stakes Next for Impressive El Roca Filly
Mark Walker's filly Romancing The Moon won the rating 65 1200m race at Matamata. It was her first start since finishing fourth in the Gr.1 New Zealand 1000 Guineas at Riccarton in November. She is a daughter of El Roca mare Underthemoonlight. Belle Of The Ball won Coastwood Homes Lockwood Thames Cup in Opie Bosson's hands. It's the fourth win for Walker on the ten-race card. He's also got 95 for the season. The horse has a nomination for Gr 1 Levin Classic at Trentham on March 18.
