Stuart McCloskey has upset the odds to lead the Ulster charge in Ireland’s autumn series outings

Stuart McCloskey has been a key player for Ulster since Andy Farrell's selection policy. He was injured in the opening Test against South Africa but has recovered well.

McCloskey has been selected for the squad that will play Australia tomorrow. Treadwell has impressed on the bench and started against Fiji. Nick Timoney won his third cap against South Africa. Robert Baloucoune was left out for Jimmy O'Brien. He was playing with Emerging Ireland. He didn't impress Farrell. Rob Herring made two more bench appearances. Dan Sheehan is the preferred choice. Ronan Kelleher is back in the picture. If he stays fit, Herred will get more action in New Year. Ireland are aiming for a clean sweep of autumn Test successes.
