TCU vs. Kansas State Big 12 Championship Game odds, expert picks with TCU seeking CFP berth

Saturday’s Big 12 Championship Game between Kansas State and TCU is projected to be highlighted by a bunch of points. TCU is a small favorite in this potential shootout.

The showdown between the Wildcats and Horned Frogs will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

The path to an upset win in the Big 12 Championship Game starts with KSU’s defense. Can it limit TCU’s offensive output enough to put quarterback Will Howard and running back Deuce Vaughn to grind away the game and put the Wildcats in a position to earn a win?

There are three undefeated teams remaining in the polls and TCU is one of them. The Horned Frogs would make the College Football Playoff, but would likely need to take care of Kansas State on Saturday. Luckily for Sonny Dykes’ team, they already have the formula for defeating the Wildcats, which they did 38-28 back in late October. But obviously, adjustments in KSU’s game plan and a lot of the responsibility will be on quarterback Max Duggan to lead his offense again past the Big 12’s stingiest defense.
