Texas is the better club, and to its credit its support analytics mostly back its fast-start won-loss record. But the Tigers mirror that success on a smaller-scale, nothing-was-expected-from-this-team-that-lost-96-games-last-year basis.

Detroit has played a lot of 1-run games and is the slight lean here. PASS for now, but if this line creeps to -135 on Detroit +1.5, that would make for some acceptable leverage.
