HK$120.15 million was paid out over the two days. 13 different trainers shared in prize money. 15 different jockeys won races over two day. Seven international jockey won on the biggest racing days of Hongkong. Tony Cruz was the leading trainer with 2 winners and HK18.39 million in winning prize cash. Danny Shum won the LONGINES Hong Kong Cup. Romantic Warrior took HK $19.38 million for the one win in feature race.

45,305 people attended the 2022 Longines Hong Kong International Races. It was the largest crowd at the HKJC since COVID-19 was introduced.

LONGINES Hong Kong International Race Day 2022 broke all records in betting turnover with HK$1.7 billion being wagered on the meeting.

LONGINES will remain as the major sponsor for the HKIR for a further five years. The successful partnership was created in 2012 and will run until the end of 2026.
