The Twins New Shortstop for 2023?
The Twins need to find a new shortstop for 2023. They signed Carlos Correa last year, but he's not a good enough player. Royce Lewis is coming back from injury, and he played well in his debut. Elvis Andrus and Aledmys Diaz are not ideal options. Jose Iglesias is a player who's never been more than a league-average hitter. He's a defensive player, so he might be a better option than Ehire Adrianza. He was released by the Tigers. Tim Anderson is unlikely to be signed. Jermaine Palacios was also considered, before he was DFA’d and claimed by them.
