19 countries have failed to win a game in the World Cup's 92-year history. Only one team, Indonesia, has a played-one-lost-ones record.

13 countries have played at a World Cup finals without winning. Canada made their debut in Mexico 36 years ago. El Salvador and New Zealand have also played in two World Cups without picking up a single win.

Egypt, Honduras and Bolivia are the worst teams in the history of the World Cup. Egypt won the Cup of Nations a record seven times, but their World Cups record is less than impressive. Honduras have the least World cups record with nine matches, drawing three times. Bolivia have six World Championships, including one draw.
