'They won't': David Coulthard makes 2023 prediction after Red Bull's penalty
Red Bull were punished for a $2.2 million breach of the 2021 budget cap. The team will pay $7 million fine and reduce the amount of permitted aerodynamic research by 10%. Ex-F1 drivers David Coulthard and Mika Hakkinen believe the punishment is harsh enough to prevent other teams from breaching the cap in the future. Mercedes boss Toto Wolff believes the team won't do it in 2023.
