Thomas taking things in his stride on and off the pitch

Thomas was released by the Scarlets at the age of 20. He was signed by Ospreys. Thomas won his first senior cap at 27. He played with Gareth Davies, Scott Williams and Josh Turnbull at Newcastle Emlyn. They were inspired by him. His first club was Carmarthen Quins. After that he played for the Scrum V side and the Newport Gwent Dragons. The Scarlet's decided not to re-sign him after his development contract finished. Steve Tandy signed him for O Spreys instead. It was his last club. he was the sixth member of the 2013 team that lost out to England in the final.
