Two predictions ahead of the upcoming Six Nations
The upcoming Six Nations looks wide open. Ireland are coming off the back of a 2-1 series victory over the All Blacks. England are also coming from a series win over Australia. France are favourites for the trophy. They have beaten both Australia and South Africa recently. Les Bleus will host the 2023 Rugby World Cup. The Six Nines is played in the Stade De France on October 28th.
France are favourites for the Six Nations and the World Cup next year. Scrum Half Antoine Dupont was named the world rugby player of the year in 2021. He won the award for best player in the tournament in 2020 and 2022. Dupon has led his club side Toulouse to two Top 14 titles and European Champions Cup.
England will finish fifth in the World Cup this year. They will lose to France and at least one more nation. England will win just twice in 2021 and just once in 2022. They won the Six Nations in 2017 and Grand Slam in 2018. Eddie Jones has had a difficult start to his England career. He has led them to the 2019 World cup final.
