Ireland won the Six Nations in 2022 and are the current world No.1 team. They lost out to France in the previous tournament. Andy Farrell's side are second in line to win the 2023 title.

England finished third in the Six Nations last time out. They have been showing improvement since then. England are going on tour to Australia. They can beat any team on their day. The Six-Nations 2023 is taking place in February.

Wales lost the series to World Champions South Africa. Wales won their first game on South African soil in 58 years. The victory was a welcome boost for coach Wayne Pivac. Last year's Six Nations campaign ended with an embarrassing defeat to Italy.
