Wednesday's Goodwood racing tips: Andrew Balding double on the cards

Planet Sport tipsters have a set of juicy selections for the midweek meeting on Wednesday, September 21. It's the penultimate meeting of the season in West Sussex.

Galactic Jack is bred by Galileo out of Jack Naylor who was second in an Irish Oaks for Jessica Harrington. He made his debut at Goodwood last month and was beaten by two lengths.

Balding's Red Mirage is the favourite for the Heineken Optional Claiming Handicap at Goodwood. He has been beaten favourite in all three of his previous runs.

Royal Fleet will take all the beating in the Bahrain Turf Club Foundation Stakes at Goodwood. Charlie Appleby places his horses with such skill. Royal Fleet came close three times in Group company in Dubai and failed by only a short head when last seen in a Group Three.

Farasi Lane is rated 85 and is going to race at Goodwood on Wednesday at 16:45.
