Week 6 College Football odds, predictions: Parlay picks, best bets for SEC, Big Ten, ACC, Big 12, Pac-12 for the weekend of October 8th, 2022

Kansas is 5-0 and hosting College Gameday this weekend. UCLA is undefeated and beat Washington Pac-12 champion and Heisman winner Michael Penix Jr. on Friday night. Penn State is 10-2 and has no excuses not to finish 10th.

Ohio State and Georgia are the teams I believe can be New Year's Six-bound. Georgia has looked subpar lately and needs to right the ship before facing three ranked teams in a row in November.

Peach predicts Clemson will win the ACC and make the CFP. Alabama will play four ranked teams in a row starting next weekend. Peach predicts Alabama to beat Georgia in the SEC Championship Game to secure their spot in CFT.

NC State and Penn State are going to play each other in the Orange Bowl on October 8th, 2022.

Utah will play Cincinnati in the Cotton Bowl. Michigan will face USC in Rose Bowl in order to avenge the conference championship game loss.  The Wolverines should go 11-1. The Rose will be played in front of the biggest crowd in history.

After an 8-7 record in Week 5, Sugar's picks sit at exactly .500, 39-39. Sugar has only hit one conference parlay thus far. This week there are only three ranked vs. ranked matchups: Tennessee-LSU, TCU-Kansas, and Utah-UCLA. The purpose of this column is to find the best parlays bets by conference.

Tennessee is a favorite at LSU. Ole Miss is under 62.5 points. Vanderbilt is over 62 and Texas A&M is 51.

Tennessee goes to Death Valley for an early game after a bye week. LSU has won four in a row since the debacle against Florida State. Hendon Hooker keeps his Heisman hopes alive and the Vols win by a touchdown. Alabama and Texas A&M have produced 68, 75, 76, and 79 points in the last four meetings.

Maryland -3 vs. Purdue, Ohio State -26.5 at Michigan State, Illinois ML (-170) vs Iowa.

Purdue shocked the B1G world with its upset of Minnesota on the road last week. Maryland has been impressive on offense this season and hung with Michigan a few weeks ago on a road. The last five meetings between Ohio State and Michigan State have been bad for the Spartans. Illinois upset Wisconsin last weekend. Illini are the money line in this week's conference parlay.

Louisville-Virginia is over 50.5 points. Duke is at 3.3 points at Georgia Tech. North Carolina State is 3-5 against Florida State.

NC State is playing against Clemson. The Wolfpack won't cover the 6.5-point spread last week. Georgia Tech won at Pitt, but I'm not buying it as a trend. The most stunning upset of Week 5 was Wake Forest over Florida State.

TCU -7 at Kansas, Texas - 7 vs Oklahoma, Kansas State-Iowa State -45, and Pac-12 -8 are the Big 12 parlay picks for the weekend of October 8th, 2022.

Washington has scored at least 32 points in every game this season. Arizona has given up at at most 30 points a games in recent weeks. Oregon beats Arizona 42-27.
