When will FanDuel Sportsbook be available in North Carolina?

But when exactly will FanDuel be available in the Tar Heel State? The answer to that question, per FanDuel and subject to regulatory approval, is March 11. North Carolina legal online sports betting is set to launch at noon ET that day.
North Carolina sportsbooks will be allowing users to pre-register on March 1.
How does pre-registration at FanDuel work in North Carolina?

You can create your account on March 1, however, when the pre-registration period begins. While you cannot bet on the app until the live launch, you can be ready to go immediately at noon.
