Larngach has played just 130 games over the past two seasons. He has a career 94 OPS+. Last year he played 51 games and had a 1.1 fWAR. The key development for him is consistency. He had core muscle surgery in June. It was expected he would miss only six weeks. However, the timeline was extended and he was out of action the rest of the season.
