Wrestle Kingdom 17 Full Card, Preview 【WK17】

Wrestle Kingdom 17 is the special Antonio Inoki memorial event. The main event is a double main-event between Jay White and Kazuchika Okada. Okadra has been carrying the legacy of NJPW and its founder Antonio inoki on his shoulders.

Jay White and Okada are going to meet on January 4th. Ospreay will defend the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship against Kenny Omega. Taiji Ishimori defends the Junior Heavyweights Championship. Master Wato, Hiromu Takahashi and El Desperado are defending the title against Taijii Ishimmori. The match will be held at Tokyo Dome. It will take place in the main event of the card. The card will also feature a match between AEW's Trios champions and the United Empire. AEG's first trios champion is also going on the show.

After the opening bouts, a special ceremony will celebrate Antonio Inoki's legacy in professional wrestling. There will be a memorial match between Tatsumi Fujinami, Tiger Mask and Minoru Suzuki. The winner will take the KOPW trophy for the year. New Japan Ranbo will decide who holds the trophy. New Japans Ranboks will start on January 5. They will meet in a four-way match. It will end on the 5th. YOH and Rush won the Super Junior Tag League. CHAOS won on their first attempt. Rush completed his Japanese debut tour with the trophies.

Boltin Oleg will make his debut in a three minute exhibition match with Ryohei Oiwa. Oigel was introduced to fans before Declaration of Power back in October. Riwah was a World Championship level amateur.
