AFC Wild Card: Chargers-Jaguars pick, line, TV info, trends

The Los Angeles Chargers and Jacksonville Jaguars will meet in the AFC wild-card game on Saturday night in Jacksonville. It's the first playoff appearance for the Los. Angeles in four seasons and the. first for quarterback Justin Herbert and Coach Brandon Staley. L.A. won four in a row to clinch the No. 5 seed in AFC before losing their season-finale against lowly Denver. Jacksonville is playing in their first playoffs game since losing in an AFC championship to New England on Jan. 21, 2018.

The Chargers and Jaguars are playing in the AFC Wild Card game. This is the first-ever postseason game between the two teams.

The Chargers won six straight games from 2010 to 2016. The Chargers and Jaguars have both won twice in the last four games.

The Jaguars are 3-1 in their home stadium in the playoffs. The Jaguars current win streak is more than they had in two previous seasons combined. This is the 15th postseason game in Jaguars history and just the fifth at home.

The first meeting between the two teams was played at the end of September.

The Jaguars beat the Chargers 38-10 in Los Angeles. The Jaguars have won five consecutive games and are in playoff mode since Christmas. Last week the Bolts lost to Denver.
