Anytime Touchdown Scorer Predictions: Picks & Odds for NFL Divisional Round

Eight teams remain in the hunt for the 2024 Super Bowl as we make our best anytime touchdown scorer predictions based on the best NFL odds for the four games comprising the NFL's Divisional Round.

Wild Card Weekend started with a bang, as we kicked it off with a 2-0 record on our anytime touchdown scorer predictions. However, we dropped four straight over Sunday and Monday to finish minus-0.88 units for the first round of the playoffs. Let's move on to better things with our NFL Divisional Round predictions.

Thanks to our 8.70-unit profit from the regular season, we're still up 7.82 units through 19 weeks of play. We'll continue to tighten up our focus on star players while looking for outlier prices in the odds from our best NFL betting sites.

To accompany our NFL player props & best bets and our NFL Divisional Round expert picks, here are our top anytime touchdown scorer predictions for this weekend's four-game slate (pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Anytime touchdown scorer predictions Divisional Round: Saturday

Texans vs. Ravens anytime touchdown scorer prediction: Isaiah Likely, BAL, TE (+200 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews (ankle) is not expected to be activated from injured reserve ahead of Saturday afternoon's game against the Houston Texans. As such, we're still seeing inflated odds for Isaiah Likely to find the end zone for the sixth time in his last six games.

Likely's anytime touchdown odds were at +230 via BetRivers when I started writing this article ahead of the report on Andrews. The drop to +200 via FanDuel keeps this as a play as it's still the best price in the market with BetRivers adjusting its odds to +155.

Likely was projected for 0.3 touchdowns when Andrews was still considered questionable. I expect that projection to shoot up making this a number to bet as soon as possible as it'll close much lower by Saturday's kickoff.

The Texans allowed just five touchdowns to tight ends through their 18 games, but not team has allowed more than their 1,133 yards given up to the position (though that's boosted slightly by their one extra game).

Packers vs. 49ers anytime touchdown scorer prediction: George Kittle, SF, TE (+145 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

At this time of year, the anytime touchdown scorer odds are juiced more heavily across the board than at any point before. It's tough to find true value, but the closest thing to that comes via San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle's +145 odds from FanDuel to score on Saturday night.

Kittle is projected for 0.4 touchdowns against the Green Bay Packers. While our odds converter translates that to odds of +150 for a recommended bet, I'm considering that projection too low. Kittle had 1,020 yards and six touchdowns in the regular season, and he'll face a Packers defense that has given up a league-high 10 touchdowns to opposing tight ends through 18 games. Those include the three touchdowns scored by Dallas Cowboys sophomore tight end Jake Ferguson in the Wild Card Round.

Though we can't fully trust the game script from a 48-32 rout, I'm looking to the 49ers to attack that glaring weakness early in the Divisional Round.

Anytime touchdown scorer predictions Divisional Round: Sunday

Buccaneers vs. Lions anytime touchdown scorer prediction: Mike Evans, TB, WR (+105 via Caesars) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans is projected for 0.6 touchdowns in Sunday afternoon's clash with the Detroit Lions. That's the highest projection for any receiver on both sides in this matchup. While our betting calculators translate that 60% implied probability to odds of -150, we're able to secure plus-money +105 odds from Caesars

That's the best price offered by our NFL prop betting sites.

The Lions have given up 25 touchdowns to opposing receivers through 18 games. Detroit is a 10-point favorite in the Divisional Round with an implied team total of 30 points, but that leaves 20 points for the Buccaneers. They put up 32 points in last week's rout of the Philadelphia Eagles and while Evans caught just three of seven targets for a modest 48 yards, it marked his third time in four games garnering at least that many looks from QB Baker Mayfield.

Evans has dominated the snap share and red-zone targets for Tampa Bay this season. We're expecting him to remain Mayfield's go-to option for the road underdogs, and bettors should be scooping up this outlier +105 ticket.
