Bengals vs. Titans Predictions, Picks & Odds Week 4: Burrow Due for Huge Day

The Cincinnati Bengals are on the road against the Tennessee Titans, and we're offering our top predictions for the Bengals vs. Titans matchup, based on the best NFL odds available.

The Cincinnati Bengals secured their first win of the season by defeating the L.A. Rams 19-16 on Monday night. However, despite the victory, their offensive struggles persisted, gaining only 309 yards, as Joe Burrow continued to play through a calf injury from the preseason.

Conversely, the Tennessee Titans had a challenging time on offense; they were dominated by the Cleveland Browns' defense in Week 3. Titans' running back Derrick Henry carried the ball 11 times for a mere 20 yards, and quarterback Ryan Tannehill completed just 13 of 25 passes for 104 yards. Tennessee couldn't even reach 100 total offensive yards in the game.

Hereis our best Bengals vs. Titans prediction and NFL picks (odds via our best NFL betting sites; pick confidence based on a1-to-5-star scale).

Bengals vs.Titans prediction

Joe Burrow Over 259.5 passing yards (-114 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐

Bengals QB Joe Burrowhas yet to throw for 260 yards in a game. Each week, he's progressivelythrown for more yards, but is still a far cry from what he waslast season. Yet, the Titans’ pass defense is so bad, we can’t help buttake this bet as part of our NFL predictions for Week 4.

Tennessee gives up an average 275.3 passing yards per game. Opposing QBs Derek Carr andJustin Herbert each threw for 305 yards, while Deshaun Watson threw for 289.

Burrow faced three very good pass defenses in the season's first three weeks. The Browns have the top pass D, and the Rams and Baltimore Ravens are each in thetop 11. Though his numbers have been sub-par, the matchups aren’t helping.

Burrowhas plenty of weapons at his disposal, and it's unlikely Cincinnati has success running the ball against the NFL's fifth-best rushing defense.Because of this, we like Burrow to set a season-high Sunday. The onlyway he won’t is if the Bengals win by so much, they stop throwing.

Bengals vs.Titans best odds

FanDuel offers a total five yards lower than what our other four best sportsbooks offer. Even with this lower number, they still have thesecond-best price of anyone.

Youcould take this at bet365, as the Titans’ pass D is very bad. However, we recommend paying slightly more for the five yards. The pricedifference isn’t significant enough for the extra yards.

Bengals vs.Titans odds

TheBengals opened as 1.5-point favorites, and saw most of the supportfrom bettors. Because of this, the spread is currently Bengals -2.5. The priceoffered varies from book to book, so get the best dealwhether you're on the Bengals or Titans. With this matchup inTennessee, oddsmakers may be more reluctant to move this to the key number, butif the Bengals get enough support, this could end at -3.

Asfor the total, the number opened at 41, and hasn't moved. Neither of theseoffenses looked particularly good this season. Even so, their defenses struggled as well. Don’t expect much movement from this total.
