Second, the Ravens and quarterback LamarJackson can put up explosive weeks. However, when you look atthese two teams and consider the game is in Cleveland, it’sclear the Browns are a steal at this spread as part of our NFL predictions for Week 4.

TheBrowns’ defense may be the NFL's most underrated unit. It allows only 188 total yards per game, including just 52 rushing. In Cleveland's single loss this season, its offense turned the ball over four times, twoof which resulted in defensive touchdowns.

Lastweek, Browns QB Deshaun Watson played his best game of the year, throwing for 289 yardsand two TDs, and only six incompletions. If he takes care ofthe ball in this contest, then it's the defense’s responsibility to slowdown Jackson and the Ravens.

TheRavens’ offense struggled this season. In Week 1, it managed just 265 yards against the Houston Texans, and Jackson threw for only 202 yards in Week 3.In Week 2, Baltimore did manage over 400 yards against the Cincinnati Bengals, but the Browns’ D is significantly better than Cincy's.  With theway this secondary plays, it’s hard to imagine Jackson having muchsuccess.
