NFL’s Week 11 goes out with a bang with this possible instant classic featuring the defending AFC champs at home facing the defending NFC champs. The Super Bowl LVII rematch was one of the most anticipated games of the season when the ’23-’24 schedule was announced this spring. And excitement hasn’t dissipated as the Eagles and Chiefs have emerged as frontrunners to make it to the Super Bowl this season.

The Chiefs, like the Eagles, are coming off of a bye week. KC’s only loss at home this season was in the opener when they fell 21-20 to the surprising Lions. Their only other loss this season was a stunning 24-9 defeat at the hands of the Broncos in Week 8, a game in which Chiefs’ star quarterback Patrick Mahomes was battling stomach flu.

Philadelphia has been even more dominant. The team’s only defeat was a 14-20 Week 6 road loss against the Jets that in retrospect seems a bit flukey, with an uncharacteristic Jalen Hurts being intercepted a career-high three times. Prior to their bye week, the Eagles’ three-game win streak included impressive wins over the Dolphins and division rivals the Cowboys.

  • Chiefs -2.5. The game will likely come down to Kansas City’s passing game. Patrick Mahomes and reliable targets like Travis Kelce and JuJu Smith-Schuster account for the NFL’s fifth-best passing offense, averaging 264.9 yards per game. The Eagles pass defense is a weakness, giving up an average of 257 passing yards per game, fifth-worst in the league. Jalen Hurts is capable of an explosive passing game as well, but the Chiefs stingy pass defense has been holding opponents to just 176 yards per game this season.
  • UNDER 45.5. The Eagles have the league’s fifth-best offense, averaging 376.8 total yards and 28 points per game. But Kansas City’s top-five defense has been key to their success this season, allowing on average just 288.2 yards per game and giving up only 15.9 points per game. The Chiefs have averaged 23.1 points per game while the Eagles defense has allowed 21.7 points. Though things evened out slightly in Week 10, overall this season in the NFL the under has been hitting at an especially high rate. Primetime games have been even more consistently low-scoring, with the under being hit in a whopping 78% of night games going into Week 11.
