Envoi Allen gives Blackmore a scare before Leopardstown victory
Envoi Allen won the Paddy’s Rewards Club Chase at Leopardstown for Rachael Blackmore and Henry de Bromhead. Icare Allen made his debut on Irish turf when taking the We Love A Good Christmas Jumper” 3-Y-O Maiden Hurdle for Willie Mullins. Haut En Couleurs took the Paddys Power Games Beginners Chase on his first start over fences. Paul Townend steered the 1-3 favourite to a convincing five-and-a-half-length success ahead of stablemates Gentleman De Mee and Mt Leinster.
