Horse Racing Tips Tuesday 19th December 2023 best bets and most tipped horses

There are four horse racing fixtures taking place on Tuesday and it all kicks off at Fakenham at 12:10, while there's alternative racing at Wincanton, Catterick and Wolverhampton. We have taken a look at our racing naps table and picked out some of the most popular selections, as well as looking at some of the big racing stories...

Fergal O'Brien and Paddy Brennan teamed up with a fine win with Dysart Enos last week and that could be a leading Cheltenham Festival contender and the top pairing will bid for more success on Tuesday when they head to Catterick with Teorie, who has proven one of the most popular naps of the day in the 13:00 race. A useful performer on the Flat, the three-year-old will make his juvenile hurdle bow this afternoon and if he can take to the discipline then he has to be a leading contender. Staying at Catterick, Shark Hanlon, who announced Hewick is King George VI Chase bound on Boxing Day, will saddle Mullins Cross in the 14:30 race and that contender has been napped by three tipsters, while over at Wincanton the Jane Williams-trained Javert Allen is the other to be napped by three tipsters and that 9/4 shot is the one to beat in the 15:20 contest.

Horseracing.net says: "Rated in the low 80s for Jim Bolger on the Flat, Teorie will make his National Hunt bow today for Fergal O'Brien and is a fascinating runner in the 13:00 race. Today's contest looks a winnable event, so if he can take to the discipline then he should be more than capable of kicking off his hurdling career with a win."

The Punt from the Racing Post tops the naps table heading into Tuesday's racing and that tipster heads to Fakenham's 12:10 race for the best bet of the day and the high-flying tipster has napped Bennettsbridge. Olly Murphy's newcomer placed on both Irish point starts, so he's shown he has some ability and he will be looking to kick off his career under Rules with a victory today. The Irish Sun tipster is in second place in the naps table and heads to Fakenham for the 15:10 for the nap of the day and has put up Copshill Lad. Second at Plumpton last time out, the five-year-old has been knocking on the door of late and has to be a notable player around the 7/2 mark on Tuesday. Brian Flanagan from The Irish Daily Star heads to Wincanton's afternoon Jumps fixture for the best bet of the day and Flanagan has napped Arclight in the 13:50 race.
