Jockey smacked in the head by horse in dramatic scenes at start of race at Epsom. William Buick's horse ran without him aboard it after a rival horse struck him in head from the neighbouring stall. Blue Trail was left in stalls riderless. The horse interfered in a race and cost the bookmakers a grand.   The jockey is okay and will continue to ride. He missed out on a second Derby triumph on Nations Pride. Tom Marquand believes the rogue runner stopped his Grenoble winning. On-course bookmaker Barry Johnson said the rule 4 on Blue trail cost them over a thousand pounds.
