The New York Rangers are struggling this season. They have lost five out of their last seven games. The team entered the season as a favorite to win the Metropolitan Division. However, other teams are playing better than expected. The Rangers need to get out from this funk and play complete hockey games to improve their chances. If they don't, they might miss the playoffs. There are a lot of teams in the division that can hurt their hopes. New Jersey, New Haven, Islanders, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Washington are good. Rangers made the Eastern Conference Finals last season and are expected to be there again. Gerard Gallant and the team need a change quickly.
