Pollard Betting Trends and Stats

Pollard was one of two players last season to have 1,000 yards rushing with fewer than 200 rush attempts. Bears quarterback Justin Fields was the other.

Pollard Best Bet

There are a lot of reasons to expect a solid effort from Pollard in this season opener. He is the unquestioned main man in the backfield for Dallas, so expect the ball in his hands even more this season.

He is also going up against a Giants defense that ranked 27th last season against the run. Of Pollard’s three 100-yard games last season, his first came against the Giants in Week 3, as he rushed for 105 yards on just 13 carries.

Eight times last season, Pollard had 12 or more carries in a game. In seven of those games, he rushed for at least 70 yards. So, if you think Pollard is going to get at least 12 carries — which I do — then it stands to reason he shouldn’t have too much trouble rushing for at least 70 yards.

Best Bet: Over 69.5 rush yards (-115 at DraftKings)
