The Stars have a 35-17-9 record and are in second place in the Central Division but have only won four of their last 10 games. This is going to be a great game between two of the best teams in the Central Division. The Stars look to bounce back on their home ice but the Jets are rolling and look to take over this one. The Jets, who average 3.09 goals per game, should create plenty of scoring chances against the Stars, who have allowed eight goals in their last two games, with Kyle Connor, Nikolaj Ehlers, and the rest of the forward unit carrying the puck into the offensive zone and creating open shots with quick passes. The Jets, who allow only 2.35 goals per game, should limit the Stars' offense with Dylan DeMelo, Josh Morrissey, and the rest of the defensive unit creating turnovers in the defensive zone and limiting shots on the net, allowing goaltender Connor Hellebuyck to make plenty of big saves. The Jets should win the game and provide great odds in the process as road Underdogs.

Take the Jets money line as road Underdogs.

Prediction: Jets (+115)

The Jets have a great defense and both defensive units look to step up and take over this game from the opening puck drop. The Stars should limit the Jets' offense with Esa Lindell, Thomas Harley, and the rest of the defensive unit creating turnovers in the defensive zone and limiting shots on the net, allowing goaltender Jake Oettinger to make plenty of big saves. The Jets, who have only allowed 10 goals in their last four games, should eliminate and potentially shut out the Stars with Dylan DeMelo, Josh Morrissey, Brenden Dillon, and the rest of the defensive unit forcing turnovers in the neutral zone and defensive zone while goaltender Connor Hellebuyck blanks the shots on the net. The Under should cover in a low-scoring game with both defenses stepping up.

Take the Under on 6 goals.

Prediction: Under 6
