2022-23 College Football Playoff: Despite sitting fifth in rankings, Ohio State given much shorter national title odds than No. 3 TCU, No. 4 USC

Ohio State is the third favorite to win the national championship at Caesars Sportsbook. The Buckeyes lost to Michigan 45-23 on Saturday. If TCU or USC lose this weekend, Ohio State will be ranked No. 5 and will probably be headed to the Rose Bowl. Georgia is -160 title favorite and No 2 Michigan is +280. Alabama is also +5000. The final rankings come out on Sunday. Five of the teams that didn't make the CFP lost in the final weekend. No 1 Georgia remains the - 160 title favourite and no 2 Georgia are + 280. They will get into the playoff even with upset losses.

Ohio State is ranked fifth in the latest CFP rankings. It's given shorter odds than No. 3 TCU, No 4 USC and No 5 Ohio.
