Tottenham Hotspur got into the win column in a big way last weekend on its home turf with a 2-0 victory over Manchester United. New arrival Pape Matar Sarr opened the scoring in the 49th minute and Tottenham sealed the 2-0 win on an own goal in the 83rd minute. Tottenham currently sits in a tie for fifth place with a 1-0-1 record after opening its season with a back-and-forth 2-2 draw against Brentford.

AFC Bournemouth is in search of its first win of the 2023-’24 English Premier League season and enters Saturday’s matchup with an 0-1-1 record. The club did well to play West Ham United to a 1-1 draw in its season opener, then fell to Liverpool, 3-1, a week ago. Dominic Solanke and Antoine Semenyo both have goals for AFC Bournemouth, while Solanke leads the club in points with a goal and an assist. Solanke’s equalizer in the opener against West Ham helped AFC Bournemouth in a point in its first match since being promoted to the Premier League.

Tottenham Hotspur is a solid favorite to beat AFC Bournemouth with -115 odds in the money line, according to FanDuel Sportsbook. AFC Bournemouth goes off with +270 odds while a draw is listed at +290.
