Angel di Maria transfer odds: Premier League sides in mix as Man Utd flop set to leave Juventus for free

ANGEL DI MARIA looks likely to be on the move again this summer after talks over a Juventus extension appear to have broken down.

The 35-year-old joined the Serie A side last summer on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain, penning a one-year deal.

But talks on an extension to that have stalled in recent days and now the ex-Manchester United flop is reportedly set to assess his options.

The ten-point league deduction for Juventus surely won't have helped matters, with The Old Lady now set to miss out on European football altogether for next season.

He has eight goals and seven assists in 38 Juve appearances this season, having helped the club to the Europa League semi final before losing out to Sevilla.

It's understood his desire is to remain in Europe, which has put Premier League sides on alert.

Bookmakers Betfair have a move to David Beckham's Inter Miami as the current 2/1 favourite.

A return to Benfica - where he broke into European football before a big move to Real Madrid - is next best at 6/1.

Saudi Arabia continues to be a big market for older players coming to an end of their careers and that is certainly the case here, with a move to any Saudi Pro League side an 8/1 shot.

Then it's a host of Premier League sides, with Aston Villa the favourites amongst them at 10/1.

They're set to be well backed this summer again after Unai Emery's dramatic transformation, with European football a very real possibility for next season.

Newcastle have Champions League football to offer and come next at 12/1, ahead of Tottenham at 14/1.

Arsenal (20/1) and Liverpool (40/1) round off the betting.
