Are Sportsbooks Refunding Player Prop Bets on Aaron Rodgers After His Injury?

In his highly anticipated debut as New York Jets quarterback on Monday Night Football at MetLife Stadium, Aaron Rodgers left the game with an ankle injury early in the first quarter and was ruled out in the second quarter. This was before he even had the chance to complete his first pass as a Jet.

Aaron Rodgers’ player props were really popular bets tonight. Bettors were expecting a big performance from in his first home game as a member of the Jets. There were boosts being offered at multiple sportsbooks that included Rodgers’ player props. But after he played just a couple snaps, are there any sportsbooks that are refunding their customers’ player prop bets on Rodgers?

Which Sportsbooks Are Offering Refunds on Aaron Rodgers Player Props?

Anyone who took the over on Rodgers’ passing yards, passing touchdowns, or took one of the boosts with one of his player props as a leg, is anxiously waiting to see if they will be refunded their money.

The first sportsbook to announce a refund tonight is Caesars Sportsbook. Caesars is refunding all customers who took the “Welcome to New York” boost, and those customers will be credited a bonus equal to the size of their stake.

FanDuel Sportsbook responded to a customer on Twitter, informing them that all bets will count.

Action Network’s Darren Rovell reported that DraftKings Sportsbook will be refunding all prop bets on Rodgers, including their boost on Rodgers and Josh Allen combining for three touchdowns. All same game parlays and parlays that had Rodgers as one of the legs will be voided as well, per Rovell. That’s a major sigh of relief for bettors.

We will be providing updates on sportsbook refunds as we see them on social media. Stay tuned throughout the evening.
