Arizona comes in off their first win in more than a month but they are playing their third game in four nights in their third different city here, which is going to lead to some heavy legs. We saw that take a toll in the middle stages of their game with Ottawa as a three-goal lead vanished before they regrouped in the third period. Meanwhile, Washington has gotten hot with five wins in their last seven and they are 6-2-2 in their last 10 games heading into this one. The Capitals are playing well at this point, they have a rest edge and they are at home here against a reeling Arizona squad. If they want to make a push, they need to beat teams like this. Ovechkin makes that happen.

Prediction: Washington Capitals -137
