Aviators® announce Season Awards for 2022 Campaign; Shea Langeliers recipient of the Mayor's Trophy

Las Vegas Aviators are a Triple-A affiliate of the Oakland Athletics. They have been a member of Pacific Coast League for 39 years (1983-2020, 2022) and one season with Triple A West (2021). The team's president/COO Don Logan announced the following awards: Mayor’s Trophy for catcher Shea Langeliers, Most Valuable Player for Langeriers and Most valuable pitcher for Wiles.

The Mayor's Trophy has been given annually since 1983. Aviators announced the season awards for 2022.

Shea Langeliers was acquired by the Athletics from Atlanta for Matt Olson on March 14, 2022. Langeriers played in 92 games for the Aviators and batted .283 (100-for-353) with 19 doubles, 2 triples, 19 home runs and 56 RBI. He was chosen to play for American League team for 2022 Sirius XM All-Star Futures Game at Dodger Stadium on July 16.

Multiple-hit games: 23. Hit safely in 65 of 92 games. Batted .301 (22-for-73), 9 HR, 20 RBI in 20 games in April. In July, he hit .298 (25- for-84), 6 HR and 17 RBI.

Shea Langeliers received the Mayor's Trophy for his performance in the Aviators' series against El Paso and Round Rock.

Shea Langeliers is the recipient of the Mayor's Trophy for his performance for Aviators. Aviator's season is coming to an end.

Langeliers was promoted to Oakland on August 16. He made his Major League debut against Texas on Aug. 16 and recorded his first hit on his second at-bat. Langelier has appeared in 29 games for the A's and is batting .200 (22-for-106) with seven doubles, triple, three home runs and 14 RBI.

Shea Langeliers is the recipient of the Mayor's Trophy for the Aviators' Season Awards for 2022 Campaign. Aviator's top performances include defeating Reno on April 9, defeating El Paso on June 18, and Albuquerque on July 24.

Shea Langeliers received the Mayor's Trophy for his work with Aviators. Wiles was promoted to the A's on September 11 and made his Major League debut at Texas on 14.

Shea Langeliers received the Mayor's Trophy for his performance in the 2022 campaign. The most valuable player and most important pitcher were chosen by the Aviators coaching staff. Las Vegas Aviator's will play the final homestand of the season against Reno Aces on Sunday, September 25. They will then play a three-game series against Sacramento River Cats on Monday-Wednesday, 26-28 September.
