I have to look at Texas here. These are just two teams headed in different directions right now, and Dunning, despite all the additions that the Rangers made at the trade deadline, has been keeping the Rangers in it pretty much all along and is one of the unsung heroes as to why the Rangers are where they are right now. Not the lone contributor, but he’s helped out big this season. Like I alluded to earlier, the A’s are simply playing out the string and don’t even have a consistent enough offense to potentially consider them in a spoiler role here. Give me Texas.
