St. Lucia Stars was formed in 2013. The team's coach is Brad Hodge and captain is Kieron Pollard. Their home ground is Darren Sammy Ground with a capacity of 15,000. David Warner and Mitchell McClenaghan are their international stars.

Chris Gayle is the captain of the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. Donovan Miller is in charge of their training. Warner Park in Basseterre serves as the team's home field. Ben Cutting, Mahmudullah, and Tom Cooper are the foreign players.

The tournament will be held across four venues i.e. St Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia, Trinidad & Tobago, and Guyana. The tournament is in Guyanna with the final on September 30.
