Ben Olsen named new Houston Dynamo head coach
Ben Olsen has been named the new head coach of the Houston Dynamo. He was previously the manager of D.C. United from 2010-20. Houston have won two MLS Cups and were finalists two more times. They haven't made the playoffs since 2017. The deadline for clubs to make contract options for 2023 is on November 14. The Dynamo have made some roster changes recently. Pat Onstad was named general manager during the winter. Hector Herrera and Sebastian Ferreira were signed as Designated Players.
