Best NBA prop bets today (Fade Isaac Okoro, back Aaron Gordon)

One of the best ways to bet on the NBA is through prop bets, and there are two players I have my eye on for Wednesday night’s action.

Aaron Gordon and the Denver Nuggets are in the second game of a back-to-back, but that could give some value for the forward to have a big game.

He’s not the only player to target, so let’s dive into tonight’s picks:

Best NBA prop bets record to date

Best NBA prop bets today

  • Aaron Gordon OVER 0.5 3-Pointers
  • Isaac Okoro UNDER 8.5 Points

Aaron Gordon OVER 0.5 3-Pointers

The key for Aaron Gordon tonight will be volume, but I think he’s going to get it from beyond the arc against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The Wolves rank 28th in the NBA in opponent 3-pointers per game, which is a good sign for Gordon and the Denver Nuggets.

Gordon has hit a 3-pointer in four of his last six games, and every game that he hit a 3, he took double-digit shots from beyond the arc.

For a player shooting 38.1 percent from deep this season, this is a little disrespectful of a line for Gordon.

Isaac Okoro UNDER 8.5 Points

Isaac Okoro should have a slightly bigger role against the Memphis Grizzlies with Donovan Mitchell out, but I’m not sold on the young Cleveland Cavaliers forward having a big game.

In five games without Mitchell this season, Okoro has scored nine or more points just once, finishing with exactly nine in that game.

On the season, Okoro is averaging just 5.5 points per game. Even though he’s cleared this number in five of his last 10 games, the Grizzlies have the No. 1 defense in the NBA this season.

Don’t trust Okoro to have a big game tonight.
