Best NBA Prop Bets Today: NBA Player Props for Monday 11/20/23

Jalen Brunson Over 23.5 Points (-106) at FanDuel

The New York Knicks are hot. They won six of their last seven games, and Brunson cashed the over on this line in five of those seven (including four straight). He also scored 32 in each of his last two games and is shooting a career-best 47.7% from three-point land on a career-high 6.8 attempts per game.

The Minnesota Timberwolves have the third-best defensive rating in the league and will apply pressure at the point of attack with Anthony Edwards, Jaden McDaniels, and others. However, Brunson was excellent against the Miami Heat in the playoffs in a similar type of matchup and is too hot to bet against.

James Harden Over 17.5 Points (-111) at FanDuel

Harden and the Los Angeles Clippers got their first win since sealing their blockbuster trade on Friday, a game that ended with Harden converting a four-point play at the death. He finished that game with 24 points and recorded his first pair of back-to-back 20-plus-point games this season.

Although LA’s offense is still far from the finished product, Harden looks more comfortable and is taking more shots. He’s only 2/6 on over 17.5 points since he arrived in California, but he’s trending in the right direction, and the San Antonio Spurs have one of the worst defenses in the NBA.

Duncan Robinson Over 3.5 Threes (-102) at FanDuel

Robinson made 4+ threes in four straight games and is shooting 41.1% from long range for the season. He also went 4-5 from range in his game against the Chicago Bulls over the weekend and is taking more than seven attempts per game.

Miami got off to a hot start but then stalled against Chicago, and Robinson’s ability to create offense from nothing will be a valuable asset in the rematch. The Bulls’ top defenders will also be stuck guarding Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo, which should afford him more space to get his shot off.

Steph Curry Under 4.5 Assists (-158) at FanDuel

Curry has been devastating and a scorer and shooter, but he’s taken a back seat when it comes to setting the table. Partly because of Chris Paul’s arrival and partly because the rest of the Golden State Warriors have really struggled to put the ball in the basket, the four-time champion is averaging a career-low 3.8 assists per game and hasn’t had five or more assists in his last six games.

The Warriors are getting the Rockets on Monday night. Houston is on the second night of a back-to-back and could be drained, but they are ultra-aggressive on the perimeter and rank fourth in defensive rating. That’s a bad precedent going against a team that has found it hard to make shots all year, which is why we believe Curry will go under.

Kyle Kuzma 8+ Rebounds (+190) at FanDuel

Kuzma and the Washington Wizards don’t have a lot going for them, but the one thing they can control every night is their effort. Although he’s quirky and his decision-making isn’t always the best, Kuzma tends to get up for games against stars in the league thanks to his pedigree from his time with the Lakers.

In four games against the Milwaukee Bucks as a member of the Wizards, Kuz averaged 9.5 rebounds and snatched 10+ boards in three of four games. Giannis is an obvious threat to clean the glass, but the 28-year-old has been a willing combatant in the past.
