The Breeders' Cup is America's racing jewel in the crown and this weekend the eyes of the world will be on Santa Anita Park in California.

Two days of blockbuster action, billed as the World Championships of Racing, will take place from the Californian track across Friday and Saturday.

Breeders' Cup – Friday

Feature race: Breeders' Cup Juvenile (11pm)

Friday at the Breeders' Cup is about the up-and-coming stars as the programme features five races for the juveniles.

There are 10 races on the Santa Anita card, though only five of those are official Breeders' Cup championship contests, starting with the Juvenile Turf Sprint at 9pm and featuring the Breeders' Cup Juvenile at 11pm as the main event.

The Europeans will be expected to do well in the turf races at Santa Anita and while US-based duo Hard To Justify and She Feels Pretty are major players alongside Porta Fortuna for Donnacha O'Brien, this looks a great spot for Simon & Ed Crisford's CARLA'S WAY.

She is improving with every start and motored clear at Newmarket in September when winning the Rockfel Stakes. The pair that finished behind her have since been first and second in the Group 1 Fillies' Mile and James Doyle can strike on this talented two-year-old.

Big Evs will probably start favourite for Michael Appleby and his UK form merits that, but his best form is on soft ground.

Jessica Harrington has sounded positive about GIVEMETHEBEATBOYS in the lead-up and a drop to 5f could be optimal for Shane Foley's partner.

He has been worn down late over 6f in big races at Royal Ascot and Newmarket this season and looks to have the speed for this test.

We are putting together an accumulator for each of the two days at the Breeders' Cup. On day one, our treble pays over 29/1 return with LiveScoreBet.

Made short work of her rivals in the Del Mar Debutante Stakes last month, quickening clear having sat close to the speed from the gates. 2-2 now and should be plenty more to come up in trip.

Really impressive winner of the Rockfel Stakes at Newmarket in September and that form has been advertised handsomely.

Trainer Brad Cox felt Timberlake 'put it all together' when winning the Champagne Stakes last month and his breeding suggests this trip is within reach. Getting better all the time and a key player.

Breeders' Cup – Saturday

Feature race: Breeders' Cup Classic (10.40pm)

There are nine Championship races on Saturday's Santa Anita card, stretching from 6.30pm-12am UK time on what promises to be a thrilling card.

The Classic itself is due off at 10.40pm while just before that the Breeders' Cup Turf at 9.50pm could be the race of the meeting from a European standpoint.

Inspiral has proved herself one of Europe's leading milers of recent times and her latest efforts have seen her back to her best.

Frankie Dettori rides and connections opted for this 1m2f contest instead of the mile, believing less luck in running will be needed. They can get their rewards.

With dual Derby winner Auguste Rodin and Juddmonte International winner Mostahdaf in the mix, this is a cracking Breeders' Cup Turf from a European standpoint.

At his best, Onesto is quite something too and he was not far off that in last month's Arc in Paris. Conditions here could see him sparkle.

Day 2 acca

We are putting together an accumulator for each of the two days at the Breeders' Cup. On day two, our treble pays over 67/1 return with LiveScoreBet.

Rock-solid miler at the top level in Europe over a sustained period of time and back at the top of her game recently. John & Thady Gosden clearly believe the extra two-furlongs will be no issue.

Uncle Mo filly for Bob Baffert is on a roll and looked supreme in winning the Zenyatta Stakes easily last time. Her earlier win at Del Mar in August in the Clement L. Hirsch Stakes suggests she won't crack in a battle, which this should be.

Japan broke a glass ceiling at Del Mar two years ago in winning a pair of races and could be celebrating the biggest prize of all on Saturday.

Ushba Tesoro has been a revelation since switching to dirt, sweeping from last to first to win the Dubai World Cup in March.

He has been prepped for this race since, winning his only start, and can land the historic win.
