Brighton vs Arsenal prediction and odds ahead of Premier League clash
Arsenal will be looking to maintain their strong lead at the top of the Premier League when they face a Brighton & Hove Albion who are becoming serious contenders to achieve a spot in one of Europe's competitions. Mikel Arteta's have dropped points in just two matches in the league so far while the Seagulls are a point from a potential Europa Conference League spot.
The Gunners are the favourites ahead of their trip to the Amex at 21/20 with Betfred while the Albion are 12/5 to pick up back-to-back wins in all competitions against Arsenal and a draw is 12/5 too. Yet Arteta's side have struggled with their trips to the Amex picking up just once since the south coast club achieved promotion in the 2016/17 season.
The two sides have met already this season in the EFL Cup with the hosts achieving the bragging rights but could not make the most of it having bowed out of the competition on penalties against Charlton Athletic in the next round before an impressive display at St Mary's Stadium against Southampton. Meanwhile, Arteta saw his side come from behind at home against West Ham with impressive performances from Martin Odegaard, Gabriel Martinelli and Eddie Nketiah too.
