The core Jumps season is upon us which means the battle for the British Trainers’ Championship is set to heat up over the coming weeks and months.

Despite the Flat game taking precedence over the summer, the 2023/24 Jumps season technically started on May 1, 2023 and is set to conclude on April 27, 2024 with the finale fixture at Sandown.

Paul Nicholls has won the crown for three years in a row and the Ditcheat maestro is chasing the title for the 14th time in his training career.

However, Fergal O’Brien currently leads the way after making hay with a whole host of winners over the summer months.

The first Grade 1 of the season in Great Britain takes place in November courtesy of the Betfair Chase and the big races follow thick and fast with the Cheltenham Festival being the highlight on the calendar.

The latest horse racing odds can be found on the Paddy Power website and Paddy Power app, otherwise the latest Jump Trainers’ Championship standings for the current season is below.
