Can anybody beat Flightline? Best bets for the 2022 Breeders’ Cup Classic at Keeneland.

Flightline is the favorite to win the Breeders’ Cup Classic at Keeneland. Keeneleland will host the World Championships for the third time on Saturday evening.

Flightline is the favorite in the Breeders’ Cup Classic at Keeneland. The horse is 5-for-5 in his career and is a favorite at the morning-line. His rivals include reigning Dirt Mile champion Life Is Good, Epicenter and Rich Strike. The Classic takes place on Saturday evening. It's the third time the event has been held at this venue.

Taiba is the son of Breeders’ Cup Classic winner Gun Runner. He made his debut on March 5 and finished 12th in the Santa Anita Derby. Taiba has been back in Bob Baffert's barn for his last two races. Mike Smith is looking to tie the record with a fifth Classic victory.

Life Is Good is the Classic favorite. Todd Pletcher trains him. Irad Ortiz Jr. will be aboard. Life Is good's best work is behind him and the distance remains a question mark.  Flightline is a good bet to win the race. They won the Breeders’ Cup Classic with Vino Rosso three years ago.

His Beyer Speed Figure of 126 is second-highest since the Daily Racing Form started publishing the numbers 30 years ago. The highest was a 128 by Ghostzapper, who won the Classic in 2004.

Flightline is the favorite for the 2022 Breeders’ Cup Classic at Keeneland. He was runner-up in the 2020 Breeder's Cup Juvenile and 2021 Kentucky Derby. Flightline has won the Grade 2 Lukas Classic. Charlie is a good bet.

Epicenter was the favorite in the Kentucky Derby and finished second in Preakness. Since then, he has beaten Derby rival Zandon and Preaks winner Early Voting in Jim Dandy Stakes and Travers. He earned 112 Beyer in Traver's, second only to Flightline in Classic field.

Olivier has won six of his seven starts this year. He finished fourth in the Whitney Handicap. Olympiad is trained by William Mott and ridden by Junior Alvarado. Flightline is a good bet for the 2022 Breeders’ Cup Classic at Keeneland.

Rich Strike won the Kentucky Derby at 80-1 odds. Eric Reed trains him and Sonny Leon will be aboard again on Saturday. Rich Strike has just two wins in 11 career starts. He is the son of Keen Ice, who upset American Pharoah between the Triple Crown races and the Breeders’ Cup seven years ago.
